Servers

The server is the heart of your company: it holds the management software, shared files, email and backups. That's why we don't just sell "a box" and leave: first we analyse how you work, how many users you have, which programs you use and how you'll grow, and from there we size the right solution. Sometimes it's a physical server in the office, sometimes virtualised servers and, increasingly, a cloud or hybrid solution.

With virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox) we get far more out of the hardware: several "logical" servers coexist on one machine, snapshots are taken before any change and, if one machine fails, the service can be brought up on another in minutes. We combine this with high availability and redundancy (RAID disks, dual power and network) so a hardware failure doesn't stop the business.

A server without backups is a ticking time bomb. We set up automatic, encrypted backups, with one copy off-site, and periodically verify they can actually be restored, not just that they "run". We also monitor it 24/7: disk space, temperature, disk health and critical services, so we often detect and fix the problem before you even notice. And when it's time to migrate from an old server to a new one, we do it with no data loss and, whenever possible, outside working hours so we don't stop your work.
