Most business WiFi problems are not solved by adding more routers, but with good design. We always start with a coverage survey (site survey) over the floor plan to detect dead zones, interference and channel saturation, and to decide how many access points are needed and where to place them. This avoids drop-outs, no-signal areas and the typical "there's no WiFi here" complaints.
We work with professional Ubiquiti UniFi equipment, both indoor and outdoor (warehouses, terraces, car parks). All access points are managed from a single controller: you can see connected clients, usage, network health and push changes to every device at once. Roaming is seamless: the phone or laptop jumps from one access point to another without dropping the call or video conference.
We separate the company's internal network from the guest network, essential in hotels, restaurants, clinics and offices that receive visitors. Guests browse through a captive portal (with your logo, terms of use and, if you want, sign-up) and speed limits, never reaching your servers or devices. We monitor it continuously and, with a maintenance contract, we act before the problem affects your business.
